Klein Sandfontein Guiness is the progeny of the very successful mating of Klein Sandfontein Suddenly Summer and Klein Sandfontein Nutcracker. His litter sister, Klein Sandfontein Winter has produced a “super son” who is taking the USA show circuit by storm – his name is Alpha Delta A Winter Storm Warning and he is sired by Klein Sandfontein Rabinowitz.
Guiness missed the show circuit due to Covid, but he had his first outing at the 27 January show in Cape Town. He astounded us by winning the Senior Male Championship and he also won the class: Male with two progeny – every breeders dream is to win this class.
He is such a happy chappy and we love and adore him dearly.

Klein Sandfontein Taco – a five star line-up of all the Greats in his pedigree and he has not disappointed us.
This young sire has gold in his genes and this was confirmed when at his first show outing, he came away with a 1st in every qualifying class and managed to beat the big guns for the Grand Champion male even at only the tender age of 10 months old.
He mates naturally and has the sweetest temperament, inherited from his legend ancestors. Kind and sweet – that’s how we love them!

Klein Sandfontein Hollyhock x Klein Sandfontein Matana
Klein Sandfontein Tinder is really a very specially bred male puppy and he was a definite keeper from when he was a tiny tot! He has the spectacular “Benji” looks and the big, broad chest that makes him so powerful, but with the sweetest, kindest temperament consistant of his whole line from KS Matana and leading back to Benji.
His dam, Klein Sandfontein Hollyhock is also the sister of Klein Sandfontein Judge (highest apprised male globally on the Linear System to date). Tinder is also one of the very few studs that carries Groenberg Rambo only once in his pedigree in the 3rd generation.
We are very happy with his progeny that will, hopefully, take him into “super stud” status one day.
Blaze Jackson found his way back to me as an older puppy, and I couldn’t have been more thankful. It became clear just how precious Klein Sandfontein Blizzard—his dam—is to my breeding program, and having Blaze back was a gift. We already had his litter sister, Mon Ami, and his half-sister, Edelweiss, so his return truly completed the picture.
From the moment he rejoined our pack, Blaze brought with him a calm, confident presence. He is maturing beautifully and is already proving to be a wonderful young sire. His progeny are striking and carry his strong, clean lines and balanced temperament.
I am excited to watch him grow into his full potential. The future is bright for Blaze Jackson, and I feel very fortunate to have him back where he belongs—with us.

When the litter from Klein Sandfontein Nitey Nite and Klein Sandfontein Major Tom was born on March 3rd, 2023, I was taken aback by the sheer beauty of all the puppies. One in particular caught my eye—a striking, handsome male who stood out immediately. We knew he needed a strong, vibrant name, and we called him Mossad.
I have never raised a pup quite like him before. From the very beginning, he crept deep into my heart with his kind and loving personality. He was an instant favorite, not only with me but also with the rest of the household pack.
It’s not every day you can keep three intact males alongside seven females in a family household pack, but somehow, they make it work. That said, I do need to be cautious—Mossad is obsessed not only with me, but also with our Frenchie, Ershie, who I believe is his great love.
Almost daily, when new people meet Mossad, they’re stunned by his size. “I’ve never seen such a big dog in my life!” is something I hear often. His head circumference is now 78 cm. He weighs 90 kg and is still quite lean. His bone structure is simply incredible.
I ran an EMBARK DNA test on him in the U.S., and his health markers came back excellent. I also had the IDEXX proBNP cardiac test done before beginning to breed with him, and he passed with flying colors.
His progeny is still young but already very impressive. I feel truly blessed to share my life with a dog of such exceptional temperament and presence. He is more than just a pet—he is family.

Klein Sandfontein Major Tom is the son of KS Rasputin x MES O’Hara combination and I knew from a very young age that he was going to exceed and excel and he has!!!
Major Tom has the most beautiful temperament and you would not believe how easy he is to manage, despite being as big and bulky as a calf!! His progeny all display his epic characteristics of his huge head and impressive bone.
His sweet temperament is bred through his off-spring and I could not be more blessed and fortunate to have him in my breeding program.
Look out for his youngsters!

I was privileged to be offered the opportunity to introduce new genetic material—still carrying the trusted Klein Sandfontein influence—through Pampoenkraal Harry Styles. I have long admired his sire, Middelpos Bruce Almighty, who brings in some exceptional “outside” dogs. On his dam’s side, he carries the solid, reliable Klein Sandfontein Huey lines.
Harry has recently joined our breeding program, and we are very excited to see how his progeny develop. He is an athletic young dog with a lovely temperament—gentle, confident, and full of promise. We feel fortunate to have him as part of our future.

What an extraordinary puppy Israel was—he came into the world as a singleton. At birth, he was brindle, so I stuck to my policy of not keeping any pup that wasn’t black if one of the parents was black. That meant he had to be sold. But just a week or two later, he began to turn fawn. It was strange, but he still wasn’t black… so he still had to go.
Meanwhile, we were all becoming more and more attached to this gentle little soul. He was spoiled and adored by everyone. And then, quite unbelievably, one day he turned pitch black. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I cancelled the sale immediately—there was no way we were letting him go. We named him Israel, a name dear to our hearts.
As Israel began to grow, I still didn’t realize just how special he truly was. But another reason to keep him became clear: his sire, Klein Sandfontein The Mack Attack, had just been sold to Spain, and Israel was my last chance to retain a male from that exceptional line.
Israel was staying!
We had the opportunity to show him twice as a young pup, and he won his age group both times. Recently, at just 15 months old, we entered him again—and were blown away. He won every age group class, every male championship title, and was awarded “Dog of the Day.” That kind of success is rare for a black dog, and we were overwhelmed with pride.
He is not only beautiful, but also blessed with the sweetest, most endearing personality. We are so excited for what lies ahead and plan to use him in our breeding program very soon. Wherever Israel goes, he truly owns it.
Here is another striking young male who caught my eye right from the start. He is the second son of Klein Sandfontein Guiness to remain in our breeding program, and he carries the remarkable traits of the “Huey” side from his dam, Picture Perfect.
Picture Perfect is the litter sister to Klein Sandfontein Rabinowitz, who took America by storm in the show ring. We wanted a name that would match the legacy of Rabinowitz, so we named him Zimmerman—a fitting tribute to his lineage.
Zimmerman is an impressive, striking dog with fantastic presence and a wonderful temperament. He has already sired his first litter, and we are excited to see the next generation. We feel incredibly blessed to have him as part of our breeding program.
