-If you pass our scanning process we will contact you via email, please make sure that your email is valid and provide us with all the details and information about you, your family, and what you are looking for in a puppy.
-Completing this form does NOT guarantee what you will be placed on any waiting lists, we will contact you directly for confirmation.
-We pride ourselves to place our puppies in the homes that will suit them- this we will also make some suggestions to you.
